We stand behind the quality of our readings. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original payment — no questions asked.

Single Reports

Single-session report purchases are eligible for a full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mysteryrealmgems.com with your order details.

Subscriptions (Monthly & Yearly)

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@mysteryrealmgems.com with:

• Your name and email address used for purchase
• Order or transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt)
• Reason for refund (optional)

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
